Port Louis, Mauritius (Capital Markets in Africa):- Mauritius equity market indices closed on a negative note today. The SEMDEX lost 0.35 percent to 1956.13 points and the SEM10 lost 0.57 percent to 371.09 points. Total market turnover amounted to MUR 45.3m mainly geared towards SBM Holdings and CIEL which accounted for 58.9 percent of total market turnover.
